That project started while I was studying my Post-Graduate Degree in Design Management in the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (Barcelona, Spain). At our "Innovation Focused on Design" class - January to March 2016 - pose us the challenge to propose a solution for "Food on the go".
We used the following methodology to build the proposal:

DESIGN RESEARCH_Research for and by design, creation of insights and analysis.
Firstly, we had to deepen what “food on the go” could be: where it happened, who eats it, why is it eaten and how is it solved nowadays. That is why we started pointing different areas where this situation could happen and hit the city searching for problems, needs and questions. In this phase is very important to interview our potential users, but the most of all, analyze their behavior. Go beyond what they are answering us and be able to understand them.
DESIGN THINKING_ Innovation processes focused on design.
Is in this step where we must question us what happened while we were observing. Put down in words the main problems and try to dissect them. While we were processing the information is very important not to pre-empt [què significa això?] to possible solutions. Here we are analyzing facts. Getting our insight to chose the most interesting option.

CPS_ Creative conceptualization and resolution of problems.
Once decided the aim which we wanted to focus on, we could start with the “lateral shortcuts”. In that case, we wanted to achieve that “food on the go” became healthy. So, “how could we make easier and healthier to eat on the go”?
SERVICE DESIGN_ User-centered representations (costumer journeys).
When we ensured what our goals would be, we proceeded with the service design. On that stage, we draw a “scenario” and “persona” for our service, as well as we defined the intention of our service, the problems we might found, the opportunities, the steps of our service, the objects which will interact with the user...
PROTOTYPING_Storytelling.
Finally, we decide to prototype the app that the user will use:
step 1_Create your profile. Do you have any allergies, any dietary persuasion or, maybe, any diet?
step 2_Choose on of our menus. We propose you to chose between different options where you will be and what time you want to recieve your food. We propose you to chose between different options: "make it yourself", "seasonally dish" or "Today's special".
step 3_Add your location & Delivery time. You just have to mark the zone where you will be and what time you want to receive your food.
step 4_Do not divert yourself from your path, Food-a-Foot comes to you. Finally, When you have arrived at the marked zone, you just have to let us know, turn on your location tracking and our personal farmer will deliver your order.
Take a look!

And, because an image is worth more than thousand words, we also created a video to show our idea:
In fact, when we decided to finish it in our presentation we wanted the video (and the service) to come true, so we used the app in front our classmates and finished bringing our personal deliverer at class!
I would love to highlight this project because it was really helpful for me. With it I learned to understand and manage the tempos of innovate and create a meaning and conscious design. I really enjoyed to work o that project and, I am really sure that all these excitement could be reflected on it.
